OVERVIEW

For this assignment I chose to put the player in the trenches of a war, and made my primary focus world immersion. The assignment was split into 4 sections, Concept & Research, Production, Testing, and Launch & Evaluation. Utilising the Unity Asset Store, I put together a map using terrain scultping tools and 3D models to fill the trenches. With visual immersion being a main focus, I implemented appropriate lighting, fog, and particle effects to try and bring the level to life. The goal for the player is to assemble a radio by finding the parts scattered across the map. The player spawns by the transparent placeholder of a radio, and must go deeper into the different layers of the trench to find three sperate pieces: the phone, the antenna, and the radio block itself.
